一套可以從 SWF 檔案格式轉成 FLA 檔案格式的軟體，如此你可以由 Flash MX 軟體中加以修改原來的 SWF 檔案的內容。
你只要作選擇所要開啟的 SWF 檔案，再另存成 FLA 檔案即可，再使用Flash MX 軟體開啟另存的 FLA 檔案，再以 Flash MX 軟體加以修改此檔案的資料即可。

基本需求: Requirements to install and run IMPERATOR °FLA - Microsoft Windows ME / 2000 / XP / 2003 - Microsoft DirectX 8 (or higher) - Administrator rights on Windows 2000 / XP / 2003 - Microsoft C++ Runtime Libraries 6.0 (or higher) (included in Windows ME /2000 / XP / 2003) - 200 MB free disk space (needed mostly for temporary files) - SWFs to convert Requirements to open the created FLAs - Macromedia Flash MX (or higher)
